I could barely recognize myself, and my identity as a top sales performer had been shattered.At that moment, I thought to myself:“NEVER AGAIN! I don’t care what it takes, but I will NEVER to through this again because it’s so damn painful.”

I knew I needed to get outside help, because what I was doing on my own clearly wasn’t working. There were AE’s in my company clearing 7 figures and selling multi-million dollar deals, and I thought to myself“WHY NOT ME?”After that day, I made the most important decision of my life: I decided to invest in myself. As the great Jim Rohn says, “If you work on your job, you’ll make a living. If you work on yourself, you’ll make a fortune.” Since that day, I have continued to invest in myself and have never looked back.In 2017, I joined a Sales Mastermind, hired a coach, and invested $25,000 into my own personal development. That year, I finished #1 at the company I worked for and sold 5.7M ACV, which was more than the previous 4 years combined.In 2018, I sold 4.3M and finished in the top 5 nationally bringing my two year total to 10M.In 2019, I exceeded quota while starting a sales coaching business and building a personal brand.In 2020, I exceeded quota while dealing with covid, and getting in the best shape of my life. It was my 4 consecutive years making Club in Enterprise Sales.My income went from averaging 240K/year my first four years to averaging 720K my last four years, including two years exceeding 7 figures.

My mission is to teach my clients the mindset, habits, and skills needed to perform at the highest level in sales. Not theoretical fluff, but actionable training that works.

Selling is a sport, and when we feel our best we sell better. We also identify the habits, behaviors, and daily distractions which don’t serve your greatest potential, and replace them with those that do. I call this addition by subtraction.
